On the 7th of April is World Health Day!

On the 7th of April is World Health Day! Despite today's circumstances, we congratulate everyone, and first of all, the Educational and Scientific Medical Institute of NTU «KhPI» happy holiday! We wish your families and friends good health and stay safe!

World Health Day is celebrated every year on 7 April to commemorate the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1948.

The consequences of combat and the daily trauma of military and civilians forces us to move quickly and implement the most modern practices in the field of healthcare.  In spring, a digitized rehabilitation system will start operating in Ukraine, which will become a part of the electronic health care system (EHS). As a result, patients will no longer need to collect and store paper doctor certificates for years. It will also facilitate and structure the work of multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, all specialists will be able to monitor how the patient's rehabilitation is progressing and, if it is necessary, quickly adjust the individual rehabilitation plan.

NTU «KhPI» does not stand apart. Our university is a member of the quadripartite Memorandum on Cooperation to improve the quality of medicine.

The Educational and Scientific Medical Institute (ESMI) functions as a part of the Polytechnic University.

On the basis of the Scientific and Technical Library, the Information and Resource Center «Without Barriers» was created, one of the tasks of which is the organization of a platform (physical and virtual) for the cooperation of university communities, communities of the city, the country, and the world on issues of inclusion.

Congratulations on the holiday! Be healthy and remember that the most valuable thing in this world is LIFE!
