Abstract

The concepts and meaning of leadership in general and organizational leadership in particular are considered. An effective model of leadership and governance is proposed. The content of leadership potential and its structure is revealed, the existing experience of its actualization in the educational process at the university is considered. On the basis of conceptual approaches to professional leadership training, the possibility and         diagnostic methods of leadership potential are considered, methodical recommendations on the formation and development of its main components are proposed. A number of innovative technologies aimed at their activation are used.
