The textbook sets out main principles of master's course disciplines in intellectual property. Particular attention is paid to issues of economy; organization and management of processes of creation, transfer and commercialization of intellectual property objects; management of efficiency using of the intellectual product at different stages of the life cycle. Materials on legal protection of exclusive rights and determination of damages in case of violation have been presented in details.
