Abstract

The monograph presents current conceptions on electrochemical systems based on ferrum (III) and regularity of chemical reactions at interphase boundaries. The ionic equilibrium in solutions of citrate electrolytes in presence of tungsten and molybdenum oxometalate is considered as well as separate stages of electrode reactions involving different forms of ferrum (III) and heteronuclear complexes. The process scheme electrodeposition of binary coatings of iron -molybdenum / tungsten and ternary iron -molybdenum-tungsten is proposed. The effect of the electrolysis regimes on the composition and structure, as well as the coatings functional properties (corrosion and wear resistance, microhardness and etc.) is analyzed.
