Dushchenko Vladyslav Vasylovych is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of Wheeled and Tracked Vehicles named after O. O. Morozov of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
Born on August 29, 1957 in Kharkiv.
He graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (now is National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute»). He began his career in 1980 at the Department of Wheeled and Tracked Vehicles (now is the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of Wheeled and Tracked Vehicles O. O. Morozov of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute). In 1989 he defended his candidate's dissertation on the topic: «Dynamika husenychnoi mashyny z hidropnevmatychnoiu pidviskoiu ta optymizatsiia parametriv dosvidchenykh pnevmohidravlichnykh resor» [Dynamics of a tracked vehicle with hydropneumatic suspension and optimization of parameters of experimental pneumohydraulic springs].
Held the positions:
1980–1993 — Engineer, Junior Researcher, Research Officer, Senior Researcher of the industrial research laboratory «Improvement of running systems and transmissions of wheeled and tracked vehicles», since 1993 — Senior Lecturer, since 1996 — Associate Professor, since 2010 — Professor of the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of Wheeled and Tracked Vehicles named after O. O. Morozov.
The main directions of scientific research of Vladyslav Vasylovich Dushchenko are mathematical modeling of the movement of tracked and wheeled machines, functional-physical and substance-field analyzes of technical systems, parametric and structural optimization and synthesis of new physical principles of operation of nodes of suspension systems of tracked and wheeled machines.
V. V. Dushchenko authored about 150 publications, including 1 monograph, 3 textbooks, 12 copyright certificates and patents, and more than 120 scientific publications.
