Abstract

The training manual reveals the essence and nature of the conflicts in the joint activities and interpersonal communication. The author outlined deep roots and specifics of a conflict in the process of engineering activities. This book examines basic psychological methods of people influence, including the effect of the persuasion and the possibility of its use for the prevention of conflict and conflict management. The particularities of people manipulation are analyzed. The main communication barriers and ways to overcome them are examined.
