The textbook consists of two modules:
Module 1 — Conceptual Foundations of Leadership
The aim of the module is to form students' competencies: understanding the theoretical tenets of the contemporary leadership paradigm and practical experience of world and domestic leaders; being aware of characteristics of types and styles of leadership; being capable to identify leadership potential and self-assessment of a business-leader; developing emotional intelligence, and charismatic abilities.
Module 2 — Individual and psychological features of a business-leader
The aim of the module is to form students' competencies: the capability to apply in practice the gained knowledge in developing the cognitive qualities of a business-leader, the capability to work in a team, taking into consideration the personal features of a business-leader, managerial, gender, and cross-cultural aspects.
