On May 9, 2025, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding polytechnic, a presentation of the book "Professor Viktor Tymofiiovych Dolbnia" took place.
Viktor Tymofiiovych Dolbnia was a prominent scientist in the field of industrial electronics, Doctor of Technical Sciences, participant of World War II, lifetime scholar of the President of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Higher Education of Ukraine, and Honorary Doctor of NTU “KhPI.” Professor V. T. Dolbnia made a significant contribution to the training of academic and teaching staff. He raised a scientific cohort that now holds leading positions at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute". The event was held in the NTU “KhPI” bomb shelter. Warm
memories were shared by his students, friends, associates, and colleagues. The director of the NTU “KhPI” Museum, A. V. Bystrichenko, presented archival materials about the life and career of Viktor Tymofiiovych.
