The training manual considers the scientific and methodological bases for the organization of distance learning in the world and in Ukraine and also identifies features of establishing distance learning systems for military schools. The manual contains basic concepts, features and models of distance learning systems, the peculiarities of distance learning development and implementation in the educational process and an example of the successful experience in the application of information educational technologies at Ukrainian universities.
