The methodical study guide contains educational material on the analysis of the phenomenon of the specialist’s personal and professional responsibility and aimed at instilling a sense of specialist’s responsibility in the learning process at Higher School. The necessity of strengthening professional responsibility is substantiated, which based on goals, status and nature of social production. It is proved that the main condition for developing a sense of students’ responsibility is the high level of educator’s responsibility.
