Perevalova Liudmyla Viktorivna — Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Professor of the Law Department of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
She was born on December 28, 1954 in the city of Yalta in a family of employees. In 1972, after graduating from secondary school, she entered the Faculty of History of O. M. Gorky Kharkiv State University (now — V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University). After obtaining a higher education, she taught history and social science.
In 1981 L. V. Perevalova came to work at Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (now — the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute»), where she worked first as a senior laboratory assistant, and then as an assistant at the Scientific Communism Department. In 1986 L. V. Perevalova enrolled in postgraduate school at M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 1990, having successfully defended PhD thesis, she returned to Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute. She held the positions of Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the Sociology and Political Science Department. From 1998 to February 2020, L. V. Perevalova was the Head of the Law Department of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
L. V. Perevalova is actively engaged in scientific research, her articles and reports on the issues of legal education of student youth are published in many scientific journals (more than 119 publications in total). Under her leadership and with her active participation, educational and methodological tutorials were published: «Pravoznavstvo» [Jurisprudence], «Hospodarske zakonodavstvo» [Economic legislation], «Pravo intelektualnoi vlasnosti» [Intellectual Property Law], «Trudove pravo» [Labor Law] and others. She is one of the co-authors of the textbook «Upravlinnia innovatsiinoiu diialnistiu: mahisterskyi kurs» [Innovation Management: master's course] with the MES label, prepared by the staff of the Organization of Production and Personnel Management Department.
L. V. Perevalova teaches academic disciplines:
