The textbook has been prepared in accordance with the curriculum of the master's course «Fundamentals of Mechatronics» of NTU «KhPI», in the specialty «Mechanical Engineering Technology» The textbook presents the main scientific approaches, terminology used in mechatronics, the structure and types of mechatronic systems, methods of mechatronic systems designing and controlling. The manual is intended for masters and post-graduate students of technical universities.
The textbook is prepared in the framework of the joint European project Tempus IV «EU-PC Double Degree Program on Masters’ training in Automation and Mechatronics». The project is co-financed by the European Commission.
