The monograph deals with humanitarian and technical elite management and competitiveness of graduates of the higher school concepts' essence and content. The authors analyze the ways to ensure the integrity of the educational process directed for appropriate competence of the elite system formation, its professional and ideological, socio-humanitarian and managerial training. It is shown that the successful solution of this problem is possible only with the help of innovative educational technologies. This work was made for lectures and graduate students of higher educational establishments, all those interested in the staffing problems of development of the country and pedagogy of higher education.
