Abstract

The textbook provides information about the historical background of psychological diagnostics, the stages of its formation, new directions and development trends. The main classes of techniques (tests, questionnaires,         project methods and psychophysiological methods), general requirements for them, their advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and limitations, interpretation features, moral and ethical aspects in the work of a psychodiagnostician are discussed in detail.

Psychodiagnostics is a modern, rapidly developed science, a necessary for society scientific discipline and a field of practice.

The textbook is intended for students of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Social Systems Management and psychologists majoring in Psychology.
