​Reznik Svitlana Mykolaivna — Associate Professor of Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Social System Management of NTU «KhPI».

Born on July 30, 1975 in Kharkov.

She got her higher education in the P. Vasylenko Kharkiv State Technical University of Agriculture (nowadays — P. Vasilenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture). In 2007 she defended her thesis for the degree – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (PhD).

Since 2010 has been Associate Professor of Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Social System Management of NTU «KhPI».

Main research fields: the development trends of higher education in Ukraine; teacher pedagogue in the conditions of informatization, internationalization, commercialization of education; problems of understanding by students of educational material; interpersonal understanding in the communication process between a teacher and a student; method of management training of future specialists.
