Grinchenko Marina Anatolyevna is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Strategic Management of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».

Born on September 24, 1969 in the urban-type settlement of Hvardiiske of Simferopol district, of the Crimea region. In 1992 she graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (nowadays — National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute»). She began her career as a software engineer at the Department of Automated Control Systems.

Since 2000, she has been working at the Department of Strategic Management of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute». Perfomed important business tasks to optimize business processes of companies, conducted trainings for small and large businesses. She сompleted extramural postgraduate study and defended thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in 2012. Since 2014, M. A. Grinchenko has been Associate Professor of the Strategic Management Department.

Research interests: IT project management methodology and methods, project management systems, modeling of complex systems.

M. A. Grinchenko teaches disciplines: «Algorithms and Data Structures», «Project Management Methodologies in the Field of Information Technology», «Fundamentals of Project Management Information Systems», «IT Project Management».

M. A. Grinchenko successfully combines her activity as a lecturer with scientific research and methodological work. She is the author of over 50 scientific publications, among them ones in periodicals included in the Scopus scientometric database. Working as Associate Professor, she has prepared for publication a textbook recommended by the Academic Council of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», 2 teaching aids, a number of methodology guidelines, has presented reports at international scientific and technical conferences.
