The methodical study guide contains teaching material about interesting phenomenon of motivation for achievement as well as an analysis of its impact on ensuring a high level of competitiveness of a future specialist. The nature and content of the self-management and self-control as development factors of motivation for achievement are analyzed. The theoretical propositions are illustrated with the results of the experimental study.
