The textbook provides a historiography of the emergence and development of simulation modeling. The basic concepts of simulation modeling are formulated and the concepts of simulation models for various machine-building industries are given: from technological processes of processing and control to organizational, technical and technological structures of production systems.
The textbook is intended for students of technical specialties, as well as post-graduate students, scientists and industry workers, whose field of activity is related to the search for rational technological and organizational and technical solutions in mechanical engineering.
