Volosnikova Nataliia Mykolaivna is PhD (Economic Sciences), Associate Professor, and Deputy Head for Scientific and Educational-and-Methodical work of the Department of General Economic Theory of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
In 2003 N. M. Volosnikova graduated from National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», Faculty of Economics, the specialty «Management of Organizations».
In 2008 she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, the specialty 08.00.04 «Economics and enterprise management (by types of economic activity)». Dissertation topic: «Transaktsiini vytraty innovatsiinoi diialnosti v umovakh rynkovoi transformatsii» [Transaction costs of innovative activity in the conditions of market transformation], the supervisor S. I. Arkhiiereiev.
In the same year, under Professor S. I. Arkhiiereiev’s scientific supervision, Associate Professor N. M. Volosnikova became the winner of the III regional contest «The Best Young Scientist of Kharkiv Region» in the field of «Social and Economic Sciences». The topic of her competitive work is «Transaction costs of innovative activity in the conditions of market transformation on the example of enterprises in the engineering machine-building industry».
She has more than 19 years of teaching experience, teaches courses: «Microeconomics», «Macroeconomics».
The sphere of scientific interests of N. M. Volosnikova: institutional economics; logistic processses at enterprises; the theory of transaction costs; methodology of teaching micro- and macroeconomics.
N. M. Volosnikova is the author of more than 75 scientific papers.
