Pitak Inna Viacheslavivna is Associate Professor of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Industrial Ecology of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
Born on October 15, 1980 in the village of Blahodatne, Amvrosiivka district, Donetsk region (Ukraine).
In 1998 she entered Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (now — National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute»). She graduated from the university in 2004 and received a diploma in the specialty of environmental engineer-researcher.
In 2008 she defended her thesis: «Zakonomirnosti protsesu ochyshchennia hazopovitrianykh sumishei v rotornomu vykhrovomu aparati» [Regularities of the process of cleaning gas-air mixtures in a rotary vortex apparatus] and obtained the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences with the specialty 05.17.08 — «Processes and equipment of chemical technology».
In 2009 Pitak I. V. became the winner of the IV regional competition «The best young scientist of Kharkiv region» in the field of «Technical sciences».
In 2013 Pitak I. V. received the academic title of Senior Researcher, and in 2015 -— Associate Professor.
The area of I. V. Pitak’s scientific interests — the issues of ecology and environmental protection.
I. V. Pitak's scientific achievements include more than 100 scientific and educational publications, including 4 patents and 2 monographs.
