Proskurnia Olena Mykhailivna is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Innovative Entrepreneurship Management and International Economic Relations of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».

In 1997 she finished her post-graduate study, specialty «Technology of refractory non-metallic materials» (05.17.11.), and defended her PhD thesis «Poluchenye ohneupornoho tsementa na osnove aliumynatov, tsyrkonatov kaltsyia y strontsyia» [Obtaining refractory cement based on aluminates, zirconates of calcium and strontium].

Field of scientific interests: refractory cements, management, marketing, and tourism business.
