Nemyrovskyi Illia Abramovych is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the «Electric Power Stations» department of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute». (until 2020)
Born in 1941
In 1969 he graduated from Kharkiv Aviation Institute (now is M. E. Zhukovsky Kharkiv National Aerospace University «Kharkiv Aviation Institute»), majoring in «Aviation engines» and obtained the qualification of «Mechanical Engineer».
In 1982 he defended his PhD thesis, specialty 05.16.02 — Metallurgy of Ferrous Metals, on the topic: «Doslidzhennia teploperedachi i metodiv pidvyshchennia stiikosti okholodzhuvanykh elementiv pry kontakti z metalurhiinymy rozplavamy» [The investigation of heat transfer and methods of increasing the stability of cooled elements in contact with metallurgical melts]. In 1983 I. A. Nemyrovskyi was awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
I. A. Nemyrovskyi is the member of the Association of Energy Auditors of Ukraine, has over 20 years of experience as an expert of the National Energy Regulatory Commission of Ukraine and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
I. A. Nemyrovskyi’s scientific interests: heat transfer problems, energy efficiency, energy policy of Ukraine.
