The training manual describes the methods of the applied theory of reliability of hydraulic and pneumatic drive systems and the basics of their technical diagnosis. Physical and analytical failure models, methods of calculating and predicting reliability indicators and their relationship with economic efficiency are considered. The forecasting methodology of changes in the technical state of hydraulic and pneumatic drive systems during operation is given provided. The organization of maintenance and operation is covered. Recommendations for optimizing control of their technical condition, regeneration and filtration of working fluids, reducing noise and vibration are proposed.
