Volodymyr Mykolayovych Krasnokutskyi is a colonel, Professor of the Department of «Car and Tractor Industry» of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», Сandidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Corresponding Member of the Transport Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Born on February 3, 1962.
He is a career officer by education. Held the following military positions: deputy commander of an automobile company from the technical department, commander of an automobile company, deputy commander of an automobile battalion for weapons, commander of an automobile battalion, head of the automobile service of aviation communication, head of the department of automobile and special vehicles.
In 2014 V. M. Krasnokutskyi defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences majoring in 02.20.2014 — «Armament and military vehicles», the topic: «Funktsionalna stabilnist samokhidnykh shasi ta pidvyshchennia yikh tekhniko-ekonomichnykh pokaznykiv».
Professor V. M. Krasnokutskyi teaches the following disciplines: «Car and tractor construction and their analysis», «Technical operation and basics of repair», «Tractor electrical equipment», «Specialized rolling stock on motor vehicles», «Quality management of self-propelled vehicles», «Functional- cost analysis in automobile and tractor industry».
