KozuliaTatiana Volodymyrivna is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Software Engineering and Management Intelligent Technologies of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
Born in 1963.
In 1987 she graduated from the Department of Technology of Inorganic Substances of Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (now — National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute»). After graduating from the institute, she worked at the Institute for Single Crystals of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. From 1997 to 2003, T. V. Kozulia — lecturer at the Department of Geoecology and Constructive Geography at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. In 1999 defended candidate's dissertation on the topic: «Osoblyvosti povedinky tekhnohennykh elementiv u hruntakh riznykh fatsii dolynnykh landshaftiv serednoi techii r. Siv. Donets» [Peculiarities of the behavior of technogenic elements in soils of different facies of valley landscapes of the middle current of the Seversky Donets River] at V. N. Karazina Kharkiv National University and obtained the scientific degree of Candidate of Geographical Sciences.
In 2003 Tetyiana Volodymyrivna began working at National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» at the Department of Automated Control Systems (now — the Department of Software Engineering and Management Intelligent Technologies).
In 2012 T. V. Kozulia defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic «Osoblyvosti otsinky yakosti navkolyshnoho seredovyshcha i upravlinnia ekolohichnoiu bezpekoiu z pozytsii staloho rozvytku» [Features of environmental quality assessment and environmental safety management from the perspective of sustainable development], devoted to mathematical modeling of chemical processes in the environment. The dissertation was defended at the Institute of Environmental Geochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).
In 2015, T. V. Kozulia became the winner of the 17th regional contest «Higher School of the Kharkiv Region — the Best Names» in the nomination «Teacher of Professionally Oriented Disciplines».
Research areas: decision-making in the environmental monitoring system, modeling.
Teaching disciplines: «Ecology», «Design of computer control systems».
Supervisor of 3 PhD theses.
Member of the Special Council on Environmental Safety (2016–2017).
Professor T.V. Kozulia is the author of 169 scientific and educational publications, including: 3 monographs (1– in co-authored, 1– in a foreign publication), educational works – 13, among them 4 training manuals, 2 training manuals with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, 1 textbook with the seal of Sumy State University.
