Sereda Nataliia Viktorivna

 
Sereda Nataliia Viktorivna is Associate Professor of Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Social System Management of NTU «KhPI».

Born on July 8, 1975 in the city of Kharkiv. In 1994 she graduated from the B. M. Latoshynsky Kharkiv Music College.

She has two higher educations: the I. P. Kotlyarevsky Kharkiv State Institute of Arts. (nowadays — the I. P. Kotlyarevsky Kharkiv National University of Arts.) (1999) and the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» (2015).

Since 2005 she has been Candidate of Art Criticism (Ph.D).

Since 2011 she has been Associate Professor of Pedagogy and Psychology of Social System Management Department of NTU «KhPI».

Professional experience:

The I. P. Kotlyarevsky Kharkov State Institute of Arts, Senior Laboratory Assistant, a post-graduate student;

The Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic Society, the lecturer-musicologist of the highest category;

The National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Head of the «Pedagogy of Higher Education» Magistracy.

For more than 14 years she was working on issues of Sacred Music (she defended the thesis on «Genre canon of the Orthodox Liturgy»). For 20 years she was a leading lecturer-musicologist of the Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic, performed together with such outstanding musicians as D. Bashkirov, K. Penderetskyi, M. Petrov, M. Pletnov, S. Stadler and others.

Since 2006 she has focused on the Higher School Pedagogy. She teaches rhetoric, pedagogical communication and rhetoric, teaching ethics, the basics of high school pedagogy, methodology of teaching at Higher School, the basics of PR and etc. She lectures and conducts workshops on rhetoric at universities and institutions.
