Dubinina Oksana Mykolaivna — Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor.

Graduated with honors from H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. Since 1993 she has been working at NTU «KhPI».

In 2007 she defended her thesis and received the Candidate of Technical Sciences degree. In 2016 she defended her thesis and received the Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree. Received the academic rank of Professor of the Department of Computer Mathematics and Data Analysis in 2019.
