The training manual contains brief information on the theoretical issues of the main sections of the surface phenomena and disperse systems course, specifically: surface phenomena, electrokinetic phenomena, optical phenomena, stability and coagulation, molecular kinetic properties, structural and mechanical properties of disperse systems.
Each section contains examples of solving typical problems and variants of control tasks on this topic, as well as questions for self-control, which contain the main provisions of knowledge and skills that a student should acquire studying this course.
The publication is intended for students of technological specialties of all forms of education.
