The tutorial deals with the issues of quality management in the aspect of the competitiveness of objects. The principles and methods of assessing the objects competitiveness are covered. The modern concepts of quality management and quality management tools in projects, as well as approaches to the development and implementation of a strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises are presented. Great attention is paid to the analysis of examples of the described tools application and methods for solving important problems which will be useful for practice.
