The webinar is devoted to current issues in the transition of Ukrainian science to the principles of openness: from ensuring open access to research results to introducing new approaches to the evaluation of research institutions and building effective systems for monitoring research activities. The webinar addresses the following topics: “Open Access and Open Science in Ukraine: Moving from mandates to culture (current state, tools, and barriers),” “Open Science Monitoring Systems: A Review of International Practices,” “Open Research Data: Repositories, Metadata, Licensing, FAIR Principles,” as well as practical steps for institutions in implementing open access and open science policies.
