Academic integrity is the foundation of academic culture and the basis for the formation of a high-quality educational and scientific environment grounded in the principles of honesty, responsibility, trust, fairness, and respect for intellectual property.
The relevance of this topic has always existed; however, it has gained particular importance in the context of the implementation of legislative requirements aimed at ensuring academic integrity and the rapid development of digital technologies. The entry into force of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Academic Integrity” has increased the attention of educational institutions to compliance with ethical standards, academic responsibility, and the culture of honest learning and research.
During the seminar, the key aspects of academic integrity, current challenges, and ways to address them will be discussed. As part of the event, the presentation “Academic Integrity as the Foundation of Academic Culture” will be presented.
